Unhappy. Received an email saying there was an error on the system. I rang on the 21st of Jan 2022 and paid for the item. The gentleman assured me he’d post it on Friday 22nd and I should get the product on the 24th of January. It is now the 29th and I still haven’t received my product. As a gesture of goodwill due to the system error on your part. I would’ve appreciate quicker shipping etc

Thank you for leaving a comment. I have checked on this and I can see your package was sent and it is still with Royal Mail, even though we sent it by 48 hour tracked post. There is no other information on the website at this time from them.
