How to Use
Simply Shake: Give the Clean Wine bottle a gentle shake before each use.
For Individual Glasses: For optimal results, spray Clean Wine into an empty glass before pouring your wine, then add wine and gently swirl. If you’ve already poured your wine, simply spray into the glass and swirl slightly more to ensure it mixes thoroughly.
For Whole Bottles (750ml): To treat an entire bottle, remove the cork or cap, spray in the recommended dose (see ‘Dosing’ below), gently swirl the bottle, and let it stand for 2 minutes before serving. Important: Treated bottles should be consumed within 24 hours to avoid potential oxidation.
Dosing Guidelines (Per 125ml Glass of Wine)
- 1 spray: For Champagne, long cellar wines, and organic wines.
- 1-2 sprays: For Red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines.
- 2-4 sprays: For Sweet wines, sherries, and port.

Really interesting product. I found it because I was looking for sulphite-free wine. The spray arrived really promptly and is very easy to use. It easily fits in handbag or pocket so it’s very discreet – about the size of a lipstick! It certainly seems to work. I have a very bad reaction to all wines that started about ten years ago, probably age and asthma-related. I really wanted to enjoy a nice glass of wine with Christmas lunch this year, so am trying this out. I have tested it on one glass of white, and I certainly didn’t have the usual awful reaction – red rash, asthma flare-up etc. Most of all it’s nice to see that this sort of reaction to wine isn’t as unusual as I thought and I’m not alone in having to give up something I enjoyed. Here’s hoping I can at least enjoy the occasional glass with the help of Clean Wine.
